We are currently working on an updated Class Schedule.

**Your first session is a complimentary half hour.  This will be a one-on-one private sessions with a highly educated instructor.  We will begin with a short health assessment, in order to gear the workout specifically toward your body’s needs.

Hours of Operation:

Personal Training Hours

Monday-Friday: 6:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 1:00pm

Please note that Stretch is a personal training, one-on-one or small group Pilates and functional fitness center. Appointments are necessary. Should you need to change your appointment, you must change it 24 hours prior to the session to avoid charges.
