Pilates Personal Training in Buffalo, NYStretch is a personal training, one-on-one or small group Pilates and functional fitness center. Appointments are necessary. Should you need to change your appointment, you must change it 24 hours prior to the session to avoid charges.

Hours of Operation:

Personal Training Hours

Monday-Friday: 6:00am – 7:00pm
Saturday: 6:00am – 1:00pm

Group Session Schedule

ZENGA classes: Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays at 7am & 9am

                                 Mondays, Wednesdays at 5:30

reformer classes:

Monday 6pm

Tuesday 9am

Wednesday 7am, 9am, 10am, 4:30pm

Friday 9am, 12pm
