Stretch Pilates offers the ultimate Pilates experience, which includes one-on-one sessions, small group classes and Thai Massage. Located in Williamsville, NY, we serve all Western New York, including Buffalo and Amherst. All of our instructors are certified in STOTT® Pilates, as well as Balance Body. The Stretch Team is truly comprised of some of the area’s most talented and competent professionals, who offer a personalized routine that will focus on your fitness goals and health needs.

Professional Pilates Instruction

Stretch Pilates was founded by Larissa Mychaskiw whose dream was to create a space that focused on holistic health and wellness of the body, mind, and spirit.

Larissa completed all STOTT Pilates courses and is a certified STOTT Pilates instructor on all STOTT Pilates equipment, including the Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.

Her goal is to enrich the lives of all of her clients by helping them eliminate pain and achieve:
