All Levels Pilates Mat Classes

All level Pilates Mat class expands on the foundational exercises learned in a beginner’s class. It introduces more challenging exercises that require greater strength, flexibility, coordination and body awareness.

Resistance Training Mat Classes

Build strength, improve balance, and tone muscle. If you are wondering whether resistance training is for you, the answer YES!

Resistance training is beneficial for all of us, no matter our age or gender. This class will focus on building strength, improving balance and increasing bone density through use of hand held weights, while focusing on proper form. Adaptations and variations will be offered: this class is everyone.

We all know the importance of exercise in maintaining mental wellness; resistance training has been proven to significantly reduce anxiety and depression while increasing confidence and building self-esteem. Join us, meet new friends and let’s get stronger together!

Stretch yoga classes offer something for everyone, including classical yoga styles, blending the traditions of Ashtanga, Sivananda and Ivengar, Vinyasa yoga, a flowing sequence of asanas, and Yin yoga, for deeply nourishing long held poses.
